Justin Rubinstein
Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker

About
Justin Rubinstein is a 21-year veteran of the real estate marketplace, who quickly gained attention from industry veterans and clients alike as a motivated and knowledgeable professional whose focus is on providing the best customer service possible while negotiating and protecting his clients with dogged tenacity. This tenacity and hard work ethic has proven fruitful as he has successfully negotiated over $1B in real estate transactions to date. Justin has enjoyed representing buyers and sellers of trophy properties such as the Time Warner Center, 56 Leonard, The Apthorp, One Madison, landmarked West Village townhouses, and new development penthouses. In each instance, his clients come away from the experience with a strong appreciation for his dedication and expertise - for more on this, please see his testimonials page.
When representing sellers, Justin integrates exceptional and cutting-edge marketing techniques with refined selling skills, ensuring a targeted approach to finding the right buyer, effecting a seamless transaction at the maximum price. This allows Justin to consistently meet or exceed his clients' expectations. As a buyer's broker, he combines extraordinary knowledge with a keen eye for detail in unique properties, and a skillful sense matching buyers' wishes with excellent value. This has resulted in Justin regularly being honored as one of the top brokers in New York City. Justin has the propensity for asking the right questions and gathering pertinent information when a buyer is considering placing an offer on a property. This persistence, along with his practice as a great listener, has continually positioned buyers to win deals in a competitive marketplace. His clients reliably attest to the fact that this gives them a competitive edge.
Building on his investment sales experience, Justin founded JDL Management during the down market of 2009. This firm oversees the procurement of investment properties for clients and manages their operations, and has grown to own and/or oversee more than one hundred properties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The experience of starting and managing this initiative has given Justin, and consequently his clients, a distinct competitive advantage when sourcing investment property deals.
Justin is frequently asked to speak at various institutions' real estate panels, such as the Real Estate Board of New York, the Yale Club, the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Justin graduated from the University of Virginia, where he walked on to the football team as a defensive end. Justin is a member of the University of Virginia Club of New York, and is involved in City Meals and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. In 2012, Justin was extremely fortunate to be a genetic match to his brother who had been diagnosed with Leukemia and provided a life-saving stem cell transplant.
