Masha Antonova

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

About

With a strong foundation in finance and more than seven years of analytical experience prior to real estate, Masha brings a uniquely strategic lens to every transaction. Before becoming an agent, she spent nearly four years at Blackstone as a research analyst, where she honed expertise in relative value analysis, due diligence, data-driven evaluation, and high-stakes decision-making. These skills now inform her ability to interpret market conditions, analyze comps with precision, and guide clients toward smart, defensible pricing strategies.

She is a graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. She also successfully passed the CFA Level I exam, strengthening her analytical foundation and deep understanding of financial markets.

Now part of the J. Rubinstein Team, Masha is excited to leverage Justin Rubinstein’s 21+ years of real estate expertise to expand her own capabilities and deliver an elevated level of service to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Masha is passionate about dogs and animal welfare. As a resident of the Upper West Side, she can often be found exploring the neighborhood with her rescue pup, Nala, or working on Dogmatic, the dog-training marketplace she founded to bring transparency and centralization to an unregulated industry by connecting qualified trainers with dog lovers.

A believer in discipline, movement, and continuous growth, Masha also enjoys jiu jitsu and surfing, pursuits that mirror her dedication, resilience, and focus—qualities she brings to her clients every day.
